How to start losing weight and get it off

Get serious about your health.  We all know the things we should be doing to be healthy.  However few of us do it.  Start each morning with at least 30 minutes of physical activities.  If the first thing you do when you wake up is throw your clothes and shoes on and start moving you will not have time to talk yourself out of it.  Don’t even think about it make it a habit to get up and get moving.  Our bodies are made up of mostly water so start drinking it.  You need to keep your body hydrated for it to stay in the best shape.   Set your health goals on our exercise form and track your progress on the forum.  That way we can hold you accountable for what you have made a comment to do.  We can do this together - just do it.
